Invitation to Tender - Drinking Water Filtration System Project

 

Attention Contractors:

The Corporation of Village of McBride invites tenders for a drinking water filtration system to address elevated turbidity levels during large storm events and spring freshet. The new drinking water filtration system will be supplied and commissioned at 2870 Lucille Mountain Forest Service Road, McBride, BC.

The system will consist of either of the two options:

1. A containerized filtration system in a pre-packaged building or container; or
2. A skid-mounted filtration system that can be installed in a building that will be designed and constructed separate from this contract.

Tenders must:

• Provide pricing for both options listed above and included on the bid form.
• Be submitted in a sealed envelope or via email to pstrain@mcbride.cawith a cc: to dfranzmann@radloffeng.com 
• Indicate the Project No. and Contract Title as: “Project # 403-039-03: Drinking Water Filtration System Project”
• Be addressed to Attn: Phil Strain
• Be received at the Village of McBride office at Box 519, 100 Robson Centre, 855 SW Frontage Road, McBride, BC, V0J 2E0 or via email noted above by no later than 3:00pm local time, March 6, 2026

Late tenders will not be accepted or considered and will be returned unopened.
