McBride is home to the Valley Museum and Archives with a mandate to collect, preserve and restore records and objects of scientific, educational, historical and cultural value associated with the area.

Check out the Dunster Station Museum, only 30km from McBride, across from the Dunster Store.
Located in McBride's Historic Train Station, the Whistle Stop Gallery features arts and crafts for sale by close to 100 local artists and artisans.
This event is a family oriented celebration of music, art and community. Held in Dunster, BC, only 30km east of McBride, the Robson Valley Music Festival features music from across BC, Canada and from around the world.
