Request for Quotes - Catering Services

Event: Robson Valley Agriculture Forum

Location: Robson Valley Community Centre, McBride, BC

The Village of McBride invites quotes from qualified caterers to provide food and beverage services for the Robson Valley Agriculture Forum. The Forum will bring together local producers, farmers, growers from across the Robson Valley with subject matter experts and organizations dedicated to supporting and growing the agriculture sector.

Scope of Services:

• Catering for a minimum of 50 people, with an option to extend to 100 people.
• Caterer will have full use of the commercial kitchen at the Robson Valley Community Centre from Friday, October 3 at 12:00 p.m. to Saturday, October 4 at 6:00 p.m.
• Catering service to be available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 4.
• Menu and service to include:
  • Morning: Muffins, fruit
  • Midday: Buffet lunch (menu to be proposed by caterer)
  • Afternoon: Fruit and snacks
  • Beverage service: Coffee and tea available throughout the day 

Submission Requirements:

• Quote to include per-person cost for 50 people and for 100 people with date for confirmation of final attendee numbers.
• Proposed menu options
• Any additional fees or requirements
• Proponent must have a valid Village of McBride Business Licence
• Proponent should complete and return the attached proponent form by the submission deadline

Deadline for Submissions: September 2, 2025 at 4:00 p.m.

The Village of McBride reserves the right to accept or reject any quote and is not bound to select the lowest-priced submission.
