The Village of McBride recognizes and believes in the importance of having open communications with the public. Meeting Agendas outline the predetermined issues of discussion to take place Council Meetings and are available prior to the meeting. Meeting Minutes document the actual decisions that were made at the meeting.
Agendas are prepared for all regular Council meetings and are posted in Council Chambers and Village bulletin board at least 24 hours before the time of the meeting. The agenda is also available on this website and at the Municipal office.
Regular Council meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m.
During Council meetings, there is an opportunity for members of the public and press to ask questions pertaining to an item that is on the Agenda for that meeting. If you have a question regarding an Agenda item, a sign-up sheet is located in the Council Chambers.
If Community members or groups would like to make a presentation to Council, delegation forms can be found here, and must be submitted to the Village Office by 4:30 pm on the Tuesday before the Council meeting.
Minutes of all Village of McBride meetings are available on this website and at the Municipal office. Please note that minutes are not available until they are adopted by the Council or Committee/Commission.
If you are looking for information that is not currently available on the website, please visit the Village Office at 100 Robson Centre or phone 250-569-2229.
