The Village of McBride, on behalf of the McBride Community Forest Corporation (MCFC), will be hosting the 2021 Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, June 29, 2021 where two directors to the Corporation's Board will be appointed by the Community Forest’s Shareholder.
Please note that due to COVID-19 restrictions, total capacity at the Community Centre is 50 people. Public attendance will be on a first come-first served basis. Attendees must wear a face mask during the AGM and remain physically distanced. A Village staff member will take names and contact information at the door for a COVID contact tracing list. Doors will open at 6:30pm.
The Village of McBride Council (Shareholder) is inviting all interested parties to submit applications and any person who feels they are qualified to be Director may apply. The Shareholder agrees that the MCFC Board would benefit from community members who have forestry, financial and/or volunteer experience as well as local knowledge.

All individuals seeking appointment to the MCFC Board must complete, sign, and submit this application form by email, mail or in person to the MCFC Office by Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at 4:00pm, attention:

MCFC and the Village of McBride Council will review all applications and will announce who will fill the two vacant director positions at the 2021 Annual General Meeting, Tuesday, June 29, 2021. All applicants are encouraged to attend the MCFC Annual General Meeting for MCFC Director announcements, as they will not be announced prior to the meeting.
