BC Hydro has received over 116,000 residential and a further 11,000 small business customer applications for BC Hydro relief related to COVID-19. Processing of these applications has ramped up in recent days in order to process the applications as soon as possible.
When a residential or small business customer applies online for the BC Hydro relief fund, they will receive confirmation that their submission has been received. Once the application is reviewed and processed, the customer will receive another email.
