PERMANENT Part-time Customer Service Representative/Grant Writer
The Corporation of the Village of McBride is looking for a PERMANENT Part Time Grant Writer/Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be required to work three (3) days per week and, in addition, fill in for office holidays and sick days.
The successful applicant will be responsible for performing general office duties and providing exceptional customer service and information to the public. This position includes handling ICBC transactions for insurance and licencing. As well, this individual will be required to pursue grant opportunities, process cash receipts, assist in website and information updates and various other administrative duties.
The successful candidate is an individual who is self-motivated and thrives in a challenging environment and has completed Grade 12 supplemented by courses in office administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required and preference may be given to candidates who have ICBC Autoplan and Drivers Licencing experience.
